MIT Records Season-High Against Temple

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The MIT men's gymnastics team tallied a season-high point total despite falling to Temple University, 197.4-177.9, on Saturday. Matt Heine registered the top finishes for the Engineers on the floor exercise (8.35), vault (8.55), and high bar (7.25). He also placed third in the all-round with a total of 44.75. Brad Sutton took first place in pommel horse (8.2) and parallel bars (8.25), en route to a second-place ranking in the all-around (8.25). Josh Coblenz paced Tech's efforts on the rings, recording a mark of 7.9. |
