NASHUA, N.H. - The University of Connecticut used a late six-goal outburst to overpower MIT and claim a 6-1 victory in the NorthEast Collegiate Hockey Association (NECHA) Conference A Championship on Sunday afternoon at the Conway Arena in Nashua, N.H. NASHUA, N.H. - Juniors Ryan Ballentine and Nick LaBounty each had a goal and two assists to lead MIT's men's ice hockey team past Westfield State College, 4-2, in a NorthEast Collegiate Hockey Association (NECHA) Conference A Semifinal at the Conway Arena in Nashua, N.H., on Saturday night. CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Six different Engineers registered multiple points and freshman goaltender Stephen Yablonski picked up his first career postseason win, as MIT downed Western Connecticut State University, 6-3, in a NorthEast Collegiate Hockey Association (NECHA) Conference A Quarterfinal game on Wednesday night at the Johnson Ice Rink.
