CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The MIT men's ice hockey team came up one game short in its bid for a third straight appearance in the Northeast Collegiate Hockey Association Championship (NECHA) final, falling to Boston College, 6-2, in the semifinals on Saturday night. CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - For the third year in a row, the MIT men's ice hockey team will be playing in the Northeast Collegiate Hockey Association (NECHA) Conference semifinals, booking its trip with a 3-1 win over Bryant University on Wednesday night in the Johnson Ice Rink. Justin Myers scored the game-winner midway through the second period and added a measure of insurance in the final minutes to lead the way for Tech (11-5-1, 6-4-0 NECHA). Read More

BEVERLY, Mass. - Nick Sisler scored twice during a 4-0 run to open the third period, as the MIT men's ice hockey team defeated Endicott, 6-4, in New England Collegiate Hockey Association (NECHA) action Saturday. The win moves the Engineers (9-5-1, 5-4-0 NECHA) one point past the Gulls in the NECHA American East Standings. The two teams combined for seven goals in the final 20 minutes as Tech withstood a late rally by the Gulls to hold on for the win. Read More
