Geesman Still Kingpin Despite Tech Losses in Tri-Meet

Heavyweight Registers 16th Pin; Kadokura also Shines

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Nationwide heavyweight standout Glenn Geesman registered his 16th pin of the campaign in a tri-meet hosted by MIT on Friday night. In just 49 seconds, Geesman overpowered his opponent from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, as the Engineers' top muscleman improved his season ledger to an astonishing 26-4. However, Tech dropped its two matches to Coast Guard and Western New England College, 31-18, and 46-6, respectively.

Grant Kadokura also played a major role in MIT's overall effort, winning both of his bouts - a pin in 3:37 over Coast Guard and 9-6 decision against WNEC.
