Head coach Vanessa Cox was voted the league's Coach of the Year, marking the first award in the program's history. In her first season at the helm of the program, she guided MIT to its first NEWMAC Championship Tournament semifinal appearance following a 13-12 victory over Wheaton College in the first round.
