CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The award-winning 2008-09 campaign for the MIT women's cross country and track & field teams continued last week as the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released the final standings for the Deb Vercauteren Program of the Year Award. The Engineers finished sixth among all Division III programs by virtue of their impressive performances at the NCAA Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Teams received points based on their finish at the three Championship meets with the lowest total score determining the award winner. Read More

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The MIT men's and women's cross country teams were honored by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as both teams received the USTFCCCA's All-Academic Team award. HANOVER, Ind. - Competing among 31 of the top squads in the nation, the MIT women's cross country team secured a 10th place finish at the Division III NCAA Championship in Hanover, Ind. on Saturday.
